 | Referee Development Officer | Dave McKervail | Dave began his refereeing career whilst still serving in the Army, and joined the Hampshire Referee Society in 2010. Since settling back in Scotland, he can be found in a wide variety of roles supporting the game, Ref, Assistant Ref, No 4 or 5, timekeeper, Ref and AR coach and is one of Scottish Rugby's educator workforce. Dave is still part of the Army Referee Society and has on occasions pulled on a Navy Society shirt. |
